| On April 28, 2004, BERC and the FREMP ERC lost the last original member to Retirement! After 30 years with Environment Canada, Adrian Duncan retired. Adrian was a founding member of the first BERC meeting in 1991 and the first FREMP ERC meeting in 1986. His contribution and participation to both committees has been enormous and he will be missed! The staff at BIEAP and FREMP and the BERC and FREMP ERC committees wish Adrian the best of successful with his retirement! And we welcome Adam La Rusic as the new Environment Canada representative.
