The Project Files (formerly known as the Referral Log) provide a quick reference to what stage an application has reached in the BERC Project Review Process. Updated weekly, it lists all the projects reviewed under the coordinated project review process and identifies the Lead Agency, important dates for applications, the deadline for comments and the status of the application.

The Project Files are kept as a Public Registry. The Project Files are maintained and also available for review at the BIEAP / FREMP office in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Track 2 projects, the most common track reviewed by BERC, are typically reviewed in under 30-business days. Some reviews may take longer depending on the project complexity.
