2. 2002-01-B002 - Coastal Containers Ltd. - Application for erosion repair works due to recent high tides and stormy weather. VPA letter sent Jan. 14/02.

3. 2002-01-B003 - Seaforth Towing - Application to remove the dock, ramp and float form the facility. VPA letter sent Jan. 21/02.

4. 2002-02-B004 - Pacific Coast Terminals - Application for cleaning of the ship leader at their facility. VPA letter sent Feb. 8/02.

5. 2002-02-B005 - Construction Aggregates - Application to pull 2 bent piles and straighten and re-drive originals at the North Vancouver facility. VPA letter sent Feb. 13/02.

6. 2002-03-B006 - Trans Mountain Pipeline - Application to replace bullrails and handrails at their Westridge Terminal Pier 59. VPA letter sent Mar. 13/02.

7. 2002-03-B007 - Main St. Dock (VPA) - Application to repair 8 damaged or missing fender piles. VPA letter sent Mar. 18/02.

8. 2002-03-B008 - Berry Point (VPA) - Replacement of damaged fender piles. VPA letter sent Mar. 19/02.

9. 2002-05-B009 - Main St. and Canada Place Docks - (VPA) Application to transfer 2 new mobile passenger gangways. VPA letter sent May 27/02.

10. 2002-05-B010 - Pacific Coast Terminals - (VPA) - Dismantling of Old Pontoon Shiploader. VPA letter sent May 23/02. Related to 2002-02-B004.

11. 2002-06-B011 - Transport Canada (VPA) - Application for cleanup of debris at Deep Cove Public Wharf. VPA letter sent June 5/02.

12. 2002-07-B012 - Cascadia Terminals (VPA) - Application for maintenance work on the shop. VPA letter sent July 19/02.

13. 2002-08-B013 - URS Norecol Dames & Moore/ Nexen Chemicals (VPA) - Application to install 2 monitoring wells on the foreshore of BA Blacktop. VPA to send the letter Aug. 16/02.

14. 2002-11B014 - Reed Point Marina (VPA) Application to install a new boathouse. VPA letter to be sent Nov. 7/02 if all the BERC members agree to the works.

15. 2002-11B015 - Chevron (VPA) - Application to replace 3 fender piles at the Chevron wharf. VPA letter sent Dec. 4/02

16. 2002-12-B016 - Pacific Marine Training Institute (PMTI) / Golder Associates (VPA) - Application to drill 3 geotechnical boreholes at the Pacific Marine Training Institute in North Vancouver (between the Mosquito Creek Marina and the Lonsdale Quay). VPA letter sent out on Dec. 11/02.1.

17. 2002-12-B017 - VPA - Shoreline restoration and erosion protection at the foot of Pemberton Ave in North Vancouver. Sent directly to the BERC members. VPA letter to be sent Dec. 20/02.
