1. 2001-01-B001 - Hemmera/Envirochem - proposal for geotechnical testing at the former Stirling Shipyards in North Vancouver. VPA letter sent Jan. 22nd.

2. 2001-01-B002 - Mooring Dolphin Repairs at the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool - VPA letter sent Jan. 22nd.

3. 2001-02-B003 - VPA - Retaining Wall, west of the pier at the foot of Campbell Ave between Rogers Sugar and Burlington Northern rail dock. VPA letter sent Feb. 13th.

4. 2001-03-B004 - Trans Mountain Pipe Line Company Ltd. - Maintenance Upgrade to Westridge Terminal Pier 59. VPA letter sent Feb. 28th.

5. 2001-03-B005 - Cates Park - Film stunt depicting a speeding car entering the water, shot in three sequences at Cates Park, March 14th through 16th, 2001. VPA sent letter Mar. 13th.

6. 2001-03-B006 - VPA - storm outfall at the Campbell Ave one-story maintenance building - VPA sent a letter Mar. 16th.

7. 2001-03-B007 - Vancouver Pile & Drive Ltd. - Geotechnical investigation of subsurface sediments at the General Waste Disposal Corporation - VPA sent letter March 22nd.

8. 2001-04-B008 - GS&G Installations - Proposal to install new power and telephone lines between the Petro Canada dolphins and the Esso Fuel Barge in Coal Harbour. VPA letter sent April 9th.

9. 2001-04-B009 - Petro-Canada - Proposal for the removal of dolphins at the Petro Canada marine fueling station in Coal Harbour. VPA letter sent April 10th.

10. 2001-04-B010 - Coastal Containers Limited - Proposal to install oil & sediment interceptors on 2 existing storm water collection & discharge systems at the Commissioner St. facility.

11. 2001-06-B011 - Ocean Construction - Removal of the collapsed dolphin at the Ocean Construction Supplies Limited North Vancouver North Vancouver Facility and replacement with steel Petro-Canada marine fueling station in Coal Harbour. VPA letter sent June 20th.

12. 2001-06B012 - Lynnterm - Timber fender pad removal from the dock face - VPA letter sent June 22nd.

13. 2001-06-B013 - Hagglund - Modification to a bathing pool that will prevent adverse effects during use - VPA letter sent June 26th.

14. 2001-07-014 - Proposed replacement of 43 cylindrical rubber fenders at Centerm berth s 5 & 6. VPA letter sent July 6th.

15. 2001-07-015 - Burrard Yacht Club - Replace 5 steel pipe piles (18 inch diameter) at the North Vancouver Facility - VPA letter sent out July 18th.

16. 2001-07-B016 - Vancouver Port Authority - Barge landing at Main Street Dock to transfer new passenger gangways to Canada Place. VPA letter sent out July 18th.

17. 2001-07-B017 - Golder Associates - Offshore geotechnical drilling program for 3 test holes in front of Seaboard Terminals. VPA letter sent July 19th.

19. 2001-07-B019 - Vancouver Port Authority & Westshore Terminals Ltd - Repairs to rip rap shore protection at Westshore Terminals Berth 2. VPA letter sent July 26, 2001

20. 2001-07-B020 - Neptune Terminals - Repairs to the western berth # 2 berthing dolphin - VPA letter sent July 27th.

21. 2001-09-B021 - Pacific Coast Terminal - VPA - proposed works include regular maintenance repairs to the dock structure. VPA letter sent Sept. 10th.

22. 2001-09-B022 - Seapan - VPA - Repairs to berth 2/3 fender at Seaboard International Terminals. VPA letter sent Sept. 26th.

23. 2001-10-B023 - Dark Angel TV series - VPA - Filming of an actor in the water at the wild bird sanctuary. VPA sent letter Oct. 19th.

24. 2001-10-B024 - PEC SITE - VPA - Pumping of water from Vcr Harbour for drilling program at the PEC site in West Vcr. VPA letter sent Oct. 29th.
